1Acceptance of Terms
Accessing Braska signals that you accept this legal arrangement as a condition of using the application. The terms on this page apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone interacting with the platform in any manner.
If these conditions are not acceptable to you, the proper course is to discontinue access and refrain from using the application. Once use begins, these terms operate as a binding agreement between you and the operator of Braska.
2Service Description
Braska provides a digital community environment built around aesthetic self-expression, personal posting, social interaction, and user-generated content. Certain tools, functions, or areas of the app may be added, adjusted, limited, or removed as the service evolves.
Availability is not promised on a permanent, uninterrupted, or error-free basis. Maintenance, updates, technical disruptions, moderation decisions, or business changes may affect how the application operates at any time.
3User Responsibilities & Conduct
Adult-only use is mandatory. Braska is for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone below that age threshold is not permitted to create an account, submit content, or otherwise interact with the service.
Each user is responsible for lawful behavior and respectful participation. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- using the application in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- harassing, threatening, exploiting, or abusing other users;
- uploading harmful code, malware, scripts, or disruptive technology;
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- impersonating another person, organization, or source;
- posting content that infringes rights belonging to others.
You are also accountable for activity occurring through your account or device, whether performed directly by you or by another person with access to your credentials. Violations may lead to content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, account closure, or legal reporting where appropriate.
4Intellectual Property
All rights in and to Braska, including its software, design, branding, layout, text, compilation, and underlying technology, remain the property of the developer or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the application or any related intellectual property to users.
A limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable permission is granted solely for personal use of the application in accordance with these terms. That permission does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the platform except where applicable law expressly prevents such restriction.
5Disclaimer
Braska is made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the application is offered without guarantees of performance, availability, reliability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results obtained from use.
You assume the risks connected with your access to the service, your reliance on any material made available through it, and your interactions with other users. No statement, communication, or information provided through the platform creates a warranty unless expressly stated in writing by the operator.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the operator of Braska shall not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or related to the application, its content, its availability, or user conduct.
This limitation includes claims involving lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, business interruption, device damage, or procurement of substitute services, even where the possibility of such loss had been communicated in advance.
Where a jurisdiction does not allow certain liability exclusions, those exclusions will apply only to the narrowest extent enforceable under that law.
7Account Termination
Access to Braska may be restricted, suspended, or ended if conduct appears inconsistent with these terms, harmful to other users, unlawful, technically disruptive, or otherwise risky to the service. Such action may occur immediately and may be taken without prior warning.
Users remain free to stop using the application at any time. Ending use of the service does not erase obligations or liabilities that arose before access ended.
8Terms Modification
From time to time, this document may be revised to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, product updates, or safety considerations. When updated terms are posted, the revised version becomes the governing version as of its stated effective date.
Ongoing use of Braska after a revision has taken effect indicates acceptance of the updated conditions. For that reason, users should revisit this page periodically and review it carefully.
9Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of Braska conducts its business, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would direct a different result.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy connected to the application or these terms should first be raised through good-faith contact using the email listed below. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the matter shall be addressed in the courts or dispute-resolution forum having proper authority in the applicable jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires another process.
